AI-POWERED FLIGHT TRAINING MARKETPLACE

Your Key to the Sky.
Find Your Flight School. Start Your Pilot Journey.

Flykie's trilingual AI advisor (EN · 中文 · Español) helps you understand training paths, real cost structure, and next steps — then connects you with a verified partner school. Flykie is an independent marketplace, not a flight school.

Rates above are JJC Aviation's published website rates, re-verified Oct 25, 2026. All aircraft rates are dry (fuel extra) and instructor fees are separate. Aircraft rental is only one part of total tuition — see the cost guide. The school's flyer also lists prepaid time packages on different terms; the school confirms which applies when you enroll.

What learning to fly actually costs

Total training cost = aircraft time + instructor time + ground school + study materials + medical & exam fees. A prepaid aircraft-time package covers only the first item.

Aircraft time

Billed per flight hour. Packages can lower the hourly rate; whether fuel is included depends on the school's confirmed terms.

Instructor time

Charged separately at most schools (JJC website lists $50/hr — to be confirmed for Flykie students).

Everything else

Ground instruction, books/apps, FAA medical, knowledge test and checkride fees. We list these openly once the school confirms amounts.
